We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused and unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached. Final sale items, personalized products, and certain accessories cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please visit our Return Portal and follow the instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please start a return and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Defective Items
